South Water Signs was chosen as one of several sign suppliers to execute a new Cricket Wireless brand on the recommendation of a real estate management provider serving Cricket parent company AT&T. The client was impressed by our up-front legwork — a plan for the entire 1,000+ location project, including projected budget and timing, outlined in detail on a Gantt chart — and our experience in successfully executing other large brand conversions.

We were assigned 350 locations, handling start-to-finish implementation of more than 800 signs, including box signs, channel letters, blade signs, awnings, window vinyl and more. We completed the project on budget within a compressed six-month December-to-May timeline, managing the complexities of multiple stakeholders that included corporate brand managers, individual franchisees and landlords, as well as weather in a winter implementation.
