All Project Types
Our experience is wide, deep and varied. We categorize what we do into three general project types:
Large-scale single location
We have proven processes and a long track record of success in implementing comprehensive sign solutions for shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and other large-scale, single-location projects.
We are the go-to provider for large national and global clients with signage needs in multiple locations that require efficient, consistent system-wide execution.
From a site sign to an office suite, we routinely execute smaller-scale projects from start to finish, including sign design and approvals, permitting, manufacturing, installation and ongoing maintenance.
PLANNING AND DESIGN
We have the staff and experience to provide the up-front services critical to smooth execution later on. That includes anything from complete location audits and surveys, sign design and drawings to expert management of the permitting and approval process, and more.
State-of-the-art manufacturing technology, equipment and technical expertise enable South Water Signs to be a single signage source to a growing number of industry leaders. Whether it’s one location at a time or the coordinated execution of hundreds or even thousands of locations, we have the manufacturing capacity to complete the most demanding projects and programs.
Headquartered in Chicago, we work on many national and global sign programs for large multi-location clients, installing and maintaining signs in all 50 states and in over 50 countries. We use our own installation fleet locally and regionally; outside the Midwest, we leverage our strong relationships with an extensive list of subcontractors to assist in the successful project completion, with the oversight of our project management team.
A finished sign is just the beginning. From a burned-out lamp to a weather-damaged face, we have the service and maintenance programs and capabilities in place to keep your signs looking great. We’re always here — and there — to help.
