First Midwest Bank

First Midwest knew South Water Signs. We had served them before, always providing top-quality work within demanding time frames and budgets, so when the bank embarked on a major rebrand, we got the call to design, manufacture and install new signs for its 100-plus-location footprint across the Midwest.

The company had grown substantially in recent years through acquisition, so the scope included a combination of new signs and retrofits — including many originally designed and built for a different brand. The project spanned a wide variety of sign types, from freestanding monument signs to wall mounted, primary and secondary identification, wayfinding and more.

The client relied on South Water Signs to manage all phases of the program — system audit and planning, permitting, sign design according to strict brand guidelines, manufacturing and installation — and we completed the project according to plan.
