H&R BLOCK

There is no project that is too large or complex for South Water Signs. Case in point: a 3,400-location nationwide rebrand we executed for H&R Block. The program was broken into three distinct sub-projects: new and relocation, conversion/upgrade for corporate owned, and conversion/upgrade for franchise owned.

The time frames were tight and immovable, tied to the tax season. We managed the entire process, coordinating with both H&R Block and its property management firm, Cushman Wakefield, as well as local city officials and landlords to complete the project on time and within budget.

Our involvement was comprehensive, from detailed site surveys to a sophisticated project management database; from a complete, illustrated booklet outlining site-specific recommendations to selection and specification of energy-efficient LED lighting; from obtaining approvals from all constituents to local permit procurement; from manufacturing to shipping, repairs, removals and installation.
